First of all, HUYNH THY Trading and Service Company Limited (Huynh Thy Company) would like to express deep appreciation for the trustful cooperation of customers and partners in the past time. In order to inform and ensure the transparency of information, the interests of customers and partners, Huynh Thy would like to inform as follows:

–      Since November 17, 2021, Huynh Thy Company and Mitsui E&S Machinery Corporation (MES-M) have completed the procedure to withdraw all our capital at Tan Cang – Mitsui Joint Stock Company (TCMS) and no longer a shareholder of this company.

–     TCMS Company has been renamed and its legal entity is as follows:

* From this point, the above company will be mentioned as Tân Cảng Gantry

From November 17, 2021 mentioned above, Tân Cảng Gantry is not allowed to use Mitsui’s name in brand name, text, website. At the same time, all activities, transactions of and/or are related to Tân Cảng Gantry company are not related to Huynh Thy Company, MES-M group or partners related to Huynh Thy Company.

Huynh Thy Company or MES-M Group does not authorize Tân Cảng Gantry to provide any after-sales service, warranty service, maintenance or any other service related to the operation of Huynh Thy Company. or MES-M Corporation. Tan Cang Gantry is not authorized, represent, or use the images, trademarks, names of Huynh Thy or/and MES-M in its transactions.
