Tan Thanh, on April 20, 2018 Huynh Thy Trading Company Limited (HTC) and Post – Telecommunication Joint – Stock Insurance Corporation (PTI) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in providing vehicle insurance services, properties for customers in Ba Ria Vung Tau and neighboring areas.
