(HTV) – Huynh Thy Group joined more than 4,500 businesses and industry experts at TOC Europe 2026 to explore the latest technologies and trends in port operations, automation, and logistics from May 19–21.
The event took place in Hamburg, Germany, and brought together over 4,500 professionals and companies from more than 100 countries. Participants represented the port, container transportation, logistics, automation, and maritime technology industries.
Notably, Huynh Thy Group was the only Vietnamese company attending this year’s event. According to company representatives, participating in TOC Europe 2026 was not only an opportunity to connect with international partners but also a chance to learn about advanced port technologies used around the world and explore how these solutions can be applied to Vietnam’s port and logistics industry.
Key topics at this year’s event included smart ports, AI in logistics, terminal automation, cargo handling equipment, carbon emission reduction, and supply chain optimization. These trends are expected to have a major impact on the global logistics industry in the coming years.

With more than 15 years of development, Huynh Thy Group has gradually built a strong position in industrial equipment, construction machinery, and logistics infrastructure. According to company representatives, Huynh Thy Group’s current strategy goes beyond supplying products. The company aims to develop a complete operational solution ecosystem for ports and logistics, focusing on technology, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Besides equipment and technical services, Huynh Thy Group is also investing in training and technology transfer for the port industry. The company is developing a crane operator training center using simulation technology and is studying digitalization and automation applications to improve workforce capabilities and strengthen the competitiveness of Vietnam’s logistics sector.

Huynh Thy Group is also strengthening cooperation with Japanese partner Mitsui E&S to support technology transfer and the development of STS and RTG port crane systems in Vietnam. This strategic partnership aims to gradually localize port equipment production, meet domestic market demand, and create opportunities for future exports to neighboring countries.
As import-export activities and container transportation continue to grow, the demand for technology adoption and operational efficiency is expected to become increasingly important for Vietnam’s logistics industry. Through participation in international exhibitions such as TOC Europe, Huynh Thy Group hopes to expand business connections, access new technologies, and promote cooperation in the fields of ports, logistics, and transportation infrastructure.
