(HTV) – Within the framework of the delegation to Sweden of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, many dialogue and cooperation promotion activities in the fields of infrastructure, logistics and maritime technology have been organized with the participation of management agencies, businesses and international partners.
At the meetings with Swedish maritime management agencies and enterprises, the Vietnamese delegation focused on exchanging solutions to develop green logistics infrastructure, sustainable transportation and safety technology for the seaport system in the future. In particular, Huynh Thy Group is one of the Vietnamese enterprises participating in international connection, dialogue and cooperation promotion activities to find suitable technology solutions for the domestic market.
Representatives of the Vietnam Maritime and Waterways Administration and the Swedish Trade and Investment Council exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation to promote cooperation in the development of the maritime sector.
A notable highlight of this business trip is the signing of a cooperation agreement with Fogmaker International – a leading Swedish brand specializing in providing automatic fire extinguishing systems using high-pressure water mist technology. This is considered one of the advanced fire protection solutions that is being widely applied in many countries
Representatives of Huynh Thy Group and Fogmaker International (Sweden) performed the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement.
Fogmaker’s technology works on the principle of high-pressure water mist combined with a specialized fire extinguishing solution to quickly extinguish fires and cool extremely quickly in closed engine compartments. This solution is particularly suitable for vehicles with a high risk of heat generation such as tractors, forklifts, construction machinery and seaport operating equipment that operate continuously in industrial environments.
In the context that Vietnam is promoting investment in the development of seaport systems, green logistics and new energy-using transport vehicles, fire and explosion safety requirements are increasingly becoming an important factor for equipment operators and operators. According to experts, electric tractors, electric forklifts and modern industrial machinery all require automatic fire extinguishing solutions with fast response speed and the ability to protect high-value equipment.

The cooperation with Fogmaker is expected to open up opportunities to bring advanced firefighting technologies from Sweden to the Vietnamese market, contributing to improving safety standards for the logistics, transportation and seaport operation industry.
